 Steve
Foster was born 1981 in Hampton, VA. At the age of fourteen, Steve realized
that God had a calling upon his life, however, he was not ready to give his
life to God at that time. Still covered under the blood, at nineteen years
old, he acknowledged his call to the minister and decided no longer to run
from God but to run for Him; in turn he gave his life to Christ. Since then
Steve has desired to please the Lord in all that he does. God has blessed
him to write and publish two books, A Call to Spiritual Circumcision
and Developing the Heart of A God Pleaser, where he expresses how
essential it is to have a
personal relationship with
God. With a made up mind and passion to serve the Lord he is truly a man
after God’s own heart.
Lateashai (A.K.A Kiki) Foster was born 1980 in Beckley,
WV. Kiki is known by many to be very athletic, friendly, outspoken and
energetic. Throughout the
course of her life she was also
known for her gifts of creativity and teaching. When you put all of her
characteristics together you come up with an energized and virtuous woman that
proudly proclaims the Gospel. This woman of God is truly on fire for the Lord.
She gave her life to the Lord at the age of thirteen and has acknowledged her
call to the ministry in the year of 2004. Currently Kiki uses her gift of
creativity in
Computer Graphics where she is
founder of Mind of Christ Design Ministries.
Steve and Kiki married in August of 2000. As a young married couple they began
miming in their home church. After miming for a couple of years, God pressed on
Steve and Kiki’s heart to establish a mime ministry called “Covenant”; in which
they express their passion to praise and worship God through song. Covenant has
ministered within many and various denominational churches, private functions,
community facilities, concerts, conferences, and other marital and church
events. They have also taught the art of Gospel mime in various places. Under
the power of the Holy Ghost this evangelistic mime ministry was ordained by God
to proclaim the Gospel of Jesus Christ. Whether it’s teaching or ministering
through this ministry, souls have been saved, delivered, healed, exhorted and
inspired. God has broken the chains of bondage, destroyed yokes and has spread
the oil of joy for those that mourn within this ministry.
Not only has God gifted Steve and Kiki in the art of mime,
but he also called them into the
office of preaching and teaching. At
Messiah Center in Hampton, VA, they serve as the Pastors of the children’s
ministry. They realize that
children too need someone to lead and
guide them into the way of everlasting. And so they choose not to have respect
of person when it comes to preaching and teaching the Word of God. They are also
heavily involved in the “Mid-Wive Ministry”; in which they desire to help those
that are in search of birthing their God-given gifts, talents, calling and
ministry. It is truly evident that Covenant not only has a heart to please God,
but to minister to his people. They are also the proud parents of their six-year
old daughter, Tea and their four-year son, Jeremiah. Out of the many blessings
God has given them, they are thankful of one thing and that is their beautiful
marriage. They are truly examples of becoming one with each other and one with
God.
